Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you have to cancel your appointment
Block bookings
If booking a block of 6 sessions payment is to be made in full before or on the date of the first session
What to wear and bring
Wear comfortable clothing that allows ease of movement and grippy Pilates/barre socks so that feet can be placed on the equipment
Please avoid wearing clothing with lots of zips, buckles, buttons, etc as these can damage the equipment
Please bring a towel large enough to lie over the equipment
